About The Founder

Sach Prasad, P.G., President of Environmental Performance, Inc. has over 32 years of direct experience in the environmental consulting field. His experience base ranges from management and supervision of complex environmental projects to providing environmental due diligence services to banks, corporation, attorneys, and major funds. In 1995, he founded EPI, which specializes in providing environmental due diligence services during property transfers. He has worked as a strategic acquisition team member with numerous transaction attorneys in prestigious law firms across the country.

Mr. Prasad has directly led due diligence teams for hundreds of transactions of all sizes and has personally evaluated sites in over thirty states for a spectrum of industry sectors. He has authored environmental due diligence reports for some of the major corporate acquisitions, both nationally and internationally, including the acquisition of the Circle K Corporation in 1991, where he was responsible for saving the buyer $60 million in the transaction due to environmental liabilities associated with the deal.


Mr. Prasad has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from McGill University in Canada and a Masters of Science in Marine Geology and Geophysics from the Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science of the University of Miami. He has been a professional geologist in the State of Florida in the past and is now a licensed Professional Geoscientist in the State of Texas. In addition, he is a Corrective Action Project Manager.
